Goldenwing's Terms of Service

Mandatory informations:

- You can always ask for a price in dm's for commissions via bluesky and twitter dm if you'd like to see the full price beforehand!-My mental health is not always the best so please be patient with me.-I don’t have an estimated time to finish a commission, also I don’t do deadlines even if you offer fees.-Doing art is no longer my full time ‘job’ I have studies or work so this is why commissions will take way longer to finish. If you are uncomfortable waiting please do not commission me. I’d get way more stressed out and that would not help doing art faster.-I do not give permission to use my art to make NFT’s and AI etc.!-I have the right to use your commissioned piece to advertise commissions, using for examples or upload it into my portfolio or gallery sites!

Usage of commissions:

-My commissions are only for personal use! That means you can use the art for icons, banners, pagedolls or background decoration (toyhouse code for example) on social media with credit!-You don’t have my permission for commercial usage in any way.

About the finished piece:

- I will not remove my watermark. Please do not try to remove it yourself either. You'll get a version with a less noticable watermarked version.- If your piece includes effects you’ll receive a version with and without the effects.- If you ask for a grayscale piece you can always ask for a coloring commission for the remaining price between grayscale and my colored pieces.- About making someone else's scene sketch into a commission: You need to prove that the original artist who made the sketch is giving their approval for me to finish their sketch.- Feel free to use the finished piece for personal usage!

I do:

-Feral, anthro and fantasy creatures (OCS)
-Animal companions
-Weapons, armor and accessories
-Simple machinery background
-Suggestive content
-Mild gore
-Characters of any gender, sex, most bodytypes (ask if unsure)
-NSFW, soft kinks (ask, +18)

I don't do:

-Underage characters in adult contexts, hard kinks, fetishes, inappropriate art, feral characters in adult contexts
-Heavy gore
-Use other artist’s sketches unless they’re scrapped and you got permission from them! (I’ll need proof of that)
-Aliens
-Copyrighted characters, fanart (as commission)
-I'm leaning towards natural colored characters however non natural colored characters are welcomed (ask), no neon colors
-Alternate versions of a piece that you commissioned from another artist
-Humans and humanoids (unsure about my human art if you're REALLY interested ask for quick sketches and we'll see)
-Drawing in another artist's style
- Some furry species that I won't draw: sergals, sea creatures (except sharks and seahorses)
_{Basicly characters with minimal structures where I can't do shading ASK if you're unsure!}If you’re unsure about concepts feel free to ask me beforehead!~^1^ If you support any inapprorpiate things that listed at the start, you'll be automatically blocked and prohibited from commissioning from me ever again.~

Process of the commission:

- After completing the payment, all the designs and background concept was sent, I'll send you about 1-4 (sometimes more) thumbnails of the concept for the commission.- You can choose your most appealing sketch you'd like the scene to be. If you have any changes you'd like to make (pose or background placements) you're free to ask for them in this stage. I'll send you another 1-5 thumbnail of the preffered thumbnail with different colors.- Next I'll send you a wip with the lineart and base colors with some base shading.- I'll move to the detailed shading and then coloring. After that I'll apply some editing.

Why your commission could take a lot of time to make:

^{*- I absolutely do not do set deadlines for my commissions! It would only make me rush the commission and cause more negative feelings.}

- I have a full time job and the first half of 2026 will primary focused on my final exam so I'll be way more slower!
- I'm already a slow artist because I focus on details so please only ask for a commission if you absolutely don't mind waiting.
- However you can ask for an update at any time! And I'll do my best to inform you as well.
- My mental health isn't good a lot of the times and I may loose a lot of energy to work I'd let you know asap and I need a few days of rest before I could start to work again.
- I work from 9 a.m. to 8-9 p.m. in the job I work at so I'll be very tired the next day.

Price changes:

Adds:

+50% for each additional characters the price
+25% for complex props (elaborate architecture, close and realistic details, too much detail, large background etc.)
+25% detailed design, winged character, armor (detailed clothing, complex patterns, chatacters with multiple body parts)- ask before commissioning if you're unsure:)

Reduces:

-10% - Artistic freedom (not really good at it in my opinion but appreciate if you let me explore)
-10% for using my adopt designs that you own
-10% for including my OC's in Scenes if you'd like

Payments and refounds:

- Payments via Paypal/Ko-fi/card.
- Upfront must be made in 72 hours.
- I do not accept full refounds after I started working on your piece.
- If you don't have the right amount please do not commission me.
- I'll only able to refund the amount that I didn't finish.
- You can't change the concept/scene of the commission after the payment. I accept small edits for free and additional details for a fee after the thumbnail was shown.
- Payment plans are avaiable over €300.
- Once the commission is finished the payment is non-refundable.Proccess for art in percentiges:
